Build your own boat regatta!
Matt and Todd signed up for this race to build and row a carboard boat across a pool. They got 3 sheets of cardboard, a box cutter and 2 rolls of duck tape to make their boat. Then they raced in a heat against 3 other contenders. Matt had the best time and their boat actually floated! They made it across the pool and finished 2nd in their heat. I am so proud of them! The best part was Matt had a BLAST. I think this is something he is going to remember for a long time. Melts my heart.

Disneyland!
Since Todd is off for the week we are doing everything we can. Today it was Disneyland! We had the best time and Matt says he wants to live there forever.
Railroad museum
Matt's never met a gift shop he could not manipulate us in. We have been looking for a train set forever and for $19.95 we couldn't resist.
Matt loved the train museum. He was so good. The tour was 2 hours and he asked questions, listened, rang train bells and just kept saying "wow look at that train." He melts my heart. The boy loves his trains!
