Shan: "Mattman, can you say night night Mama?"
Matt: "night night Dada!"

These shoes were made for walkin'...
This weekend Matt's cousin Ella taught him how to walk in any shoe that crossed his path and now he can't get enough. He's so cute!

Our stealth little thief
While roaming around Target, I turned my back to check out some jewelry and when I returned Matt had done this. He threw these glasses on and continued just looking around like nothing happened. I think he was hoping I wouldn't notice and would just let him keep them. Stinker.

Down but not out...
The stomach flu hit the Coyer house pretty hard the last couple days but thanks to my parents we are on our way to recovery.
Feeling MUCH better! Nhew.

Oh this is trouble....
Matt climbed up on our island all by himself and tried to walk around. I was right next to him the whole time but it is clear I will never again get to leave him briefly unattended to switch laundry or use the restroom. :( oye.

Wild Animal Safari park
Nix's husband, Jason, had homework to do so she asked if me and Matt wanted to hang out. We decided to take the kiddos to the San Diego Wild Animal Park and we got in for free to boot!
When we got to the ticket window we asked the young man if they gave any discounts for military and explained that our husbands are Marines. He explained that the discount was 10% and we were super excited. Next thing we know he printed up our tickets waved away our credit cards and told us to just thank our husbands for their service! Seriously this guy could not have been more than 20 years old, it was such a nice gesture!
We had a blast (not shocking, I was w Nix after all) and Linc and Matt were as happy as can be. It was a perfect Sunday (well it was as perfect as it could be without my sweet Todd). :)

Missing his daddy :(
He's too quick for me to get a good picture but when he sees a picture of Todd, he points to it and says "dada". It's so sweet. We miss you so much honey!
We have the most tolerant cat ever...
Matt chases her around all day long and when he chases her he just falls on top of her and hugs her. He just loves her so much! Luckily the kitty is ok with it...most of the time..
My boys are famous!
Back in November we did a family photo shoot for our Christmas cards. The photographer, Andy Dean, was generous enough to do them for free in exchange for signing a waiver that he could sell them as stock photos to companies for marketing purposes.
Well today I got a text from a girlfriend in North Carolina who was just flipping through a magazine and guess who she saw......
